Trent has provided a unique blend of fitness and cognition training for over 15 years. He holds a master's degree in Mathematics Curriculum Design and is a certified personal trainer, and Mind-Body Fitness Specialist.
He is constantly updating his own knowledge, and has studied many methodologies of human optimization including transpersonal psychology, primitive reflexes/sensory integration, and regenerative agriculture. He is also an experienced meditation instructor. His background makes him a very effective trainer who is able to convey a wide variety of principles and concepts to help you ARRIVE fully into a state of optimized well-being.

You are always guided through each exercise and repetition to ensure the maximization of your time and safety. In 20 minutes per week you can achieve consistent strength gains and renewed vitality.

One session delivered via Zoom with all the information necessary to help you apply these awesome principles to your own workout regimen. Session is 1 hour and includes 30 days of support via email.
